The initial discovery phase starts with the end in mind.
During the first consultation, we work with you to reimagine your home, aspiring to the art of the possible and where we understand the project scope, budget and timeline.
A site survey will help us visualise the space and from here, we will develop a full project brief and scope to guide the direction of the interior design plan.
You will have a complete blueprint and visual direction in the form of floor plans, CGI's and mood boards to provide comprehensive interior design conceptualisation.
Project management & sourcing
Complete onsite and remote management based on client requirements to enable the project to run seamlessly through the procurement and management phase.
We will ensure the deliveries are planned with the schedule and align with the agreed program. Ensuring furniture, decoration, and materials arrive at the right time to avoid them causing an obstruction or gathering dust, and the project is delivered in parallel with the requirements.
Unified implementation (Install, dressing, & snagging)
We understand the meticulous attention to detail required at this phase to ensure corners are not cut, and the finished product lasts the test of time.
Here we can quality assure each part of the delivery, from installing custom-made elements such as bespoke joinery, upholstery, artwork, floor coverings, window treatments and decor.
